Hours of Operation

8:00am to 6:00pm Monday
Friday; after hours service available until 7:00pm.

Zone 6

Any delivery traveling west of 19th Ave. or south of Ocean Ave. will be charged at vehicle Zone 5 rate.

After-hours Charges

Pickups after 6:00pm or deliveries before 8:00am incur a $20 charge in-town or $40 out-of-town.

Oversized Packages

Charged when length plus depth exceeds 21”, and is one half the amount of the 2 hour zone rate. Vehicle rate for unbikable packages, file boxes or larger, and those exceeding 25 pounds.

Default Charges

After 4:00pm, minimum charge is 1 hour rate; after 5:00pm minimum charge is 30min rate.

Waiting Time

No charge for the first five minutes. 50 cents per minute thereafter, inclusive of the first five minutes.

Weight Charges

There will be $0.20/lb charged for packages of 10 lbs or more.

Misc. Charges

In addition, there will be separate charges for wrong addresses, attempted pick-ups, and fragile packages. Attempted pickups in zones 4-6 are charged at full rate; canceled orders to those zones will charge dry run to zone that courier has reached.
